Compliance Service
This service provides the builder with a path to a more energy efficient house.- Use supplied drawings and specifications to model house in Hot 2000
- Provide an estimate of performance based on modeling
- Provide some scenarios for energy upgrades based on the builder’s priorities
Standard Service
This is the introductory service required to provide an EnerGuide label for your home.- All items included in Compliance Service
- Perform airtightness test once home is completed
- Submit files for quality review
- Provide Builder with EnerGuide label and Homeowner information sheet
Construction Upgrade Report
This service provides the builder with a path to a more energy efficient house.- Attain drawings and specifications from builder
- Take supplied drawings and specifications to model house in Hot 2000
- Investigate current green parts of specification
- Provide an estimate of performance based on modeling
- Delve into opportunities for growth in specification and design
- Provide some scenarios for energy upgrades based on the builder’s priorities

Construction Blower Door Service
This service is an excellent way for builders to improve the airtightness of their homes.Use supplied drawings to calculate volume and area of the home to be tested
Attend the home with the builder’s staff
Conduct an airtightness test
Conduct an air leakage identification procedure
Provide advice on air sealing improvements
Determine Air Change per hour
Provide written report
This test is done before drywall is installed in the home.
